When and how are returns distributed?
Returns are distributed through two mechanisms:
- Rental Income: Rental income is distributed quarterly. These earnings are deposited directly into your WeProperties wallet. From there, you have the flexibility to withdraw your funds or reinvest them into other real estate opportunities on the platform.
- Capital Gains: Returns from property appreciation are distributed at the end of the investment term. This typically occurs when the property is sold after reaching its planned holding period or when a profitable exit opportunity arises. WeProperties consults with investors during the sale process to ensure collective decision-making aligns with maximizing returns.
Please note that any maintenance or other costs associated with operating the property will be deducted from the returns before distribution. For each distribution, you will receive notifications and detailed breakdowns, ensuring full transparency and control over your earnings.
