How to Create a Property Listing?
This guide provides a comprehensive overview of how sellers can create a campaign using their WeProperties Seller Account.
- Step 1: Access the Campaign Dashboard
- Login to Seller Account: Navigate to your WeProperties Seller account dashboard using your registered email and password.
- Locate Campaigns Section: Click on the "Campaigns" tab located in the left-hand navigation panel.
- Create a New Campaign: Press the orange "Create Campaign" button on the top right of the Campaigns page.
- Step 2: Enter Basic Property Information
- Property Name: Enter a descriptive property name, including details like the number of rooms, property type, and location (e.g., "3 Bedroom Apartment in Downtown Dubai").
- Property Overview: Provide a concise but detailed property description in the designated text box (up to 5,000 characters).
- Property Type: Select the relevant type (e.g., apartment, villa, townhouse) from the dropdown menu.
- Investment Type: Specify whether the property is a "Long-Term Residential Rental" or "Holiday Home."
- Property Area: Enter the size of the property in square feet.
- Step 3: Provide Location Details
- Property Address: Fill out the required address fields.
- Geo-Location: Use the integrated map tool to drop a pin on the property's exact location or search for the address to auto-locate.
- Step 4: Define Amenities
- Select Amenities: Check all amenities applicable to the property.
- Step 5: Upload Property Images
- Image Requirements:
- Upload at least 8 images, including 3 of the building exterior and surrounding community.
- Ensure all images have a minimum resolution of 800x600 pixels.
- Set Thumbnail: Mark one of the uploaded images as the main thumbnail for the campaign.

- Step 6: Attach Relevant Documents
- Title Deed: Upload a recent valid title deed for the property (not older than 6 months).
- Valuation Report: Attach a detailed property valuation report.
- Rental Contracts: For tenanted properties, include rental contracts from the past three years.
- Projections: Download the template, fill in the details, and upload the template.
- Other Documents: Add any additional supporting documents necessary for the property listing.
- Step 7: Input Financial Details
- Property Valuation: Enter the current valuation rounded to two decimal places.
- Projected Returns:
- Annualized Return (in percentage) [To simplify, annualized return = annual appreciation + gross rental yield]
- Annual Appreciation (in percentage)
- Gross Yield and Net Yield (in percentage).
- Step 8: Save and Submit
- Save Changes: Click the "Save Changes" button to ensure all details are preserved.
- Click Submit & our team will review the listing and contact if any further information is required.
- Step 9: Fee Payment
- Pay Listing Fee: After the listing is approved, proceed to the "Fee Payment" section and complete the payment for your campaign to move to the next step.
- Step 10: Publish Campaign
- Final Submission: After all steps are completed, click "Publish Campaign."
