Setting Up Your Account on WeProperties

This guide walks you through the step-by-step process to create a Seller account on WeProperties. Follow these detailed instructions to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Step 1: Visit the Registration Page
    • Navigate to the Website: Visit www.we.properties and click on the "Login" button on the homepage. Navigate to "Register Now" as pointed on the bottom of the page.
    • Access the Registration Form: Fill in your personal details, including your full name and email address.
  • Step 2: Verify Your Email Address
    • Check Your Inbox: After submitting your details, you'll receive a One-Time Password (OTP) via email.
    • Enter OTP: Input the OTP on the verification page. If you didn't receive it, click on "Resend."
    • Proceed: Once verified, click "Proceed" to move to the next step.
  • Step 3: Add Your Phone Number
    • Provide Your Phone Number: Enter your phone number in the designated field.
    • Verification Code: A second OTP will be sent to your phone via SMS. Enter the code to confirm your phone number.
    • Troubleshooting: If you didn't receive it, click on "Resend."
  • Step 4: Set a Secure Password
    • Create Your Password: Your password must meet the following criteria:
      • At least 8 characters.
      • Includes one uppercase letter, one symbol, and one number.
    • Confirm Password: Re-enter your password in the confirmation field.
    • Proceed: Once both fields are filled correctly, click "Proceed."
  • Step 5: Success Confirmation
    • Account Created: Upon completing the steps above, you'll see a success message confirming your account creation.
    • Next Steps: Click "Go to Login" to access your account using your new credentials.
  • Step 6: Choose Your Seller Type
    1. Choose Your Seller Profile:
      • You will be prompted to select one of two options:
        • Individual Seller: Choose this if you are listing properties under your personal ownership.
        • Business Seller: Select this option if you are representing a business or real estate brokerage firm.
      • Important Note: Once selected, the seller type cannot be changed later.
    2. Agree to Terms and Conditions:
      • Review the Terms and Conditions for your chosen seller type.
      • Tick the box to confirm your agreement.
      • Click "Apply Now" to proceed.

      3. If you are an Individual Seller, skip to Step 4. If you are a Business Seller, please continue.

    3. Company Information:
      • Please provide the following details about your company:
        • Company Name
        • Address
        • Tax ID
        • Employee Count
        • Trade License Copy
        • Tax Certificate Copy
      • Company Representative Details: Please provide the following details related to authorized user of the Seller Account:
        • Full Legal Name
        • Job profile
        • Phone Number
        • Company Email
        • Employment Proof
    4. Completing Identity Verification (KYC)
      • Start the Identity Verification Process:
        • Click "Verify Your Identity" on the Seller Application page.
      • Upload Required Documents:
        • Choose Passport Upload: Click on "Upload Document" and select your valid passport as the form of identification.
        • Use Mobile Verification: If you're on a mobile device, take advantage of the mobile verification feature to scan your passport quickly and accurately.
        • Select Issuing Country/Region: From the dropdown menu, choose the country or region where your passport was issued.
      • Take a Selfie for Verification
        • Selfie Upload: As part of the verification process, you'll need to take a selfie to confirm your identity. Ensure:
          • Your face is clearly visible.
          • There's adequate lighting.
        • Upload the Selfie: Follow the on-screen prompts to either capture the selfie directly or upload an existing image.
      • Wait for Verification Updates
        • Processing Time: The system will process your submitted documents and update your profile. This usually takes a few minutes, but it may vary depending on the volume of requests.
    5. Fee Payment

      Proceed to the "Fee Payment" section and complete the payment to create a Seller account on the WeProperties platform.
